Travel Coordinator

Job Summary

Winkaffe Global Travel is looking for a Travel Coordinator to support our back office operations and to help accelerate our growth. As our Travel Coordinator, you will learn the ropes of a luxury travel agency, and have the opportunity to work with clients, suppliers, and vendors all over the world.  We are looking for a candidate with excellent organization and time management skills, and will provide training in our specific systems (including TravelJoy, Client Base,  and Travefy). If you are interested in a career in Tourism or Hospitality Management, this is a great position to kickstart your career.

Job Responsibilities

• Answer and direct emails and phone calls, respond to simple inquiries

• Manage TravelJoy CRM, including creating and sending forms and invoices, tracking financials

• Work in Client Base to create client profiles, reservation cards, and invoices (previous experience with Client Base not required)

• Help with Social Media planning and posting, including engagement groups, hashtag research, trending formats, and template design

• Provide concierge services including restaurant and tour reservations

• Other responsibilities as agreed upon with management 

Job Skills and Qualifications

Required​

• Fluent English

• Love for travel with experience planning international trips

• Strong organization and planning skills with excellent attention to detail

• Superb multitasker with the ability to handle multiple projects at once

• Flexibility and capacity to switch gears quickly as needed

• Excellent communication skills - verbal and written

• Not afraid to ask for help when needed, or correct a superior when they are wrong

• Expert in Microsoft Excel

• Experience with CRMs

• Experience with TravelJoy software

• Experience with Client Base software
